Remove the current MAINTAINER from his position, and now
ports@FreeBSD.org will take care of it.

Plus some style fixes.
- Use ${INSTALL_PROGRAM}
- Use PORTNAME/PORTVERSION and utilize PORTVERSION for other parts
- Define WRKSRC
