Update to 1.1.8_003. (PORTVERSION untouched)

Use just `${CP} -R' instead of tar|tar.
By the way, owner/group IDs of files should not be preserved on
copying in the installation process, because if one did `make' and
then `su' to `make install', the installed files would be owned by a
normal user. Beware, porters!
