Style updates:
* The use of MAKE_FLAGS is obsolete. It should use MAKE_ARGS instead.
* s/CONFIGURE/CONFIGURE_ENV/
* Use USE_PYTHON instead of manually specifying python as BUILD_DEPENDS and
RUN_DEPENDS.
* CATEGORIES should be overridable for its slave ports.
